NEW YORK CITY
NYC is the most populous city in the USA. In his streets there are around 800 languages spoken making it the most linguistically diverse city in the world. The Statue of Liberty is a symbolic monument of the city which symbolises freedom and the opportunity of a new life.
Its architecture with its many skyscrapers it’s universally recognized. However, it is the second tallest city in the world behind Hong Kong.
It is also very famous for its traffic jams and its yellow caps,
though for us is easier to drive in their roads as they drive in the same direction like us, the right.
Finally, NYC is also very recognized for its street food with the typical man with his trolley full of hotdogs and pretzels.
Many movies have placed their stories in this city, as for example The Ghostbusters or the Day of Tomorrow.
HOLLYWOOD
Hollywood is a district in Los Angeles and though it is a place, the idea of Hollywood is associated to the creation of films. Thousands of movies have been made in this city and many stories are created or originated in the city and record elsewhere. Pretty Woman found her great love in this city.
LAS VEGAS
Pretty of casinos, money and whatever you can imagine. Millions of people
visit it to feel its rhythm, but most of them hope to become millionaire thanks to a good hand! This city appears in a lot of movies, specially in those of the Ocean’s eleven saga.
SAN FRANCISCO
San Francisco is in the state of California. It’s long long bridge which has appeared in so many movies and series such as Charmed is worth to visit.
THE GRAN CANYON NATIONAL PARK
It is in Arizona. It is one of the greatest natural wonders of the world. The
Gran Canyon is a natural formation with thousands of years which is very impressive. It can be seen in movies such as Crossroads or the old Western movies.
THE YELLOWSTONE NATIONAL PARK
It is in Wyoming. It is really famous to have the largest collections of geysers, hot springs and thermal phenomena in the world. This park has appeared in quite a few movies, one of the most representatives is The Bear.
THE MOUNT RUSHMORE
Finally the Mount Rushmore, which is a sculpture carved into the granite face of Mount
Rushmore near Keystone, South Dakota, where the heads of former United States Presidents are sculptured in order left to right: George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt and Abraham Lincoln. This Mount can be seen in the film: National Treasure.
ORLANDO
Orlando in Florida is the largest center for family entertainment in the entire world. It offers Disney World, plus Universal Studios, Sea World and Wet and Wild centers among others. You need weeks to be able to see it all at least once!
